Thank you for your interest in volunteering at The Gathering of the Goddesses Festival. It is a great way to experience all that the festival has to offer whilst making new friends, gaining experience and being a part of something that inspires and is worthwhile.
Step into the wilderness and contribute your time in exchange of a lower priced ticket. Your volunteer ticket is as below and with minimum shifts, most of your time is spent enjoying the festival!
$120 - approx of four hours per day
$80 - approx of 6 hours per day
Extraordinary workshops by extraordinary women, sharing their wisdom and life experiences from the highest vibrations of love and acceptance.
We have several workshop spaces including
- Coming of Age (sharing circles on life matters including mental health)
- Movement & Sound
- Teen Space
- Children's Village
- Arts & Craft
We ask that each presenter provides a safe, friendly and welcoming space.
Upon acceptance we ask that you purchase your PRESENTER TICKETS for yourself and one helper which is a total of $120 and includes both tickets. This confirms your acceptance and will be refunded in full 7 days after the event granted you meet your presenter requirements.
We invite performers to apply to perform at the festival.
Anything from Roving Performers, Dance Groups, Solo and Group acoustic acts etc.
Any age and any genre are
welcome to apply.
Due to noise restrictions, we are not having full band (electric) set ups at this time.
We are hoping for sets from 45 minutes to an hour or more but please specify on your application.
Healers & Readers
We will be offering a healing & reading space for our healers and readers. We manage the space, bookings and times for you. You choose how many shifts you would like to do and also enjoy the festival offerings.
Upon acceptance we ask that you purchase your HEALER TICKET which is $80 per ticket (this covers our out of pocket costs of your attendance). This includes your full festival ticket and access to the staff retreat tent.
Once your acceptance is confirmed; you will then be scheduled your shift hours. You will receive all payments direct from your bookings with a minimum donation amount starting at $50 per booking.
Your dates and times will also be available to be pre-booked on our pre-booking site.
Photographers & Videographers
We invite Photographers and Videographers to apply to capture the true essence of the festival.
If you are or will be a festival goer who is happy to put your skills as a photographer and/or a videographer to good use whilst capturing your experience at the festival please fill in the application form so we can chat to you about capturing your experience at the event in exchange for a free festival ticket.
If you are wanting to work as a photographer and/or a videographer at the event and work to a strict time table and brief; please fill in the application
form and include your rates.
There are strictly limited tickets available in either regards and a demonstration of event or street photography experience much be shown.
We welcome stallholders who enrich the vibe of the festival and who have similar core values.

As an important part of our team you will be invited to our Welcoming Lunch prior to the festival gates opening.
You will also have festival long access to our staff tent where you can enjoy refreshements as well as enjoy a quiet place to relax.
