What is The Gathering Of The Goddesses
A Gathering of women of all ages from all walks of life coming together over 3 days and 2 nights to share experiences and making friends / family
Over the 3 days there will be a variety of workshops, sessions held where we share our talents, skills, ideas, concerns and philosophies in a caring fun loving and tolerant atmosphere.
Performances, art and craft workshops, dances, music, food stalls, markets, street theater, a dedicated children’s festival
Life-Transforming Leadership journeys and support platforms.

Who organised The Gathering of the Goddesses
3 women brought together through their own life adversities. They supported each other and wanted to share this support and love to as many women of all ages. Here is your village of Goddesses.

The following acknowledgement pays respect to the traditional custodians and ancestors of this country, and the continuation of their cultural, spiritual and religious practices. Australians Together wishes to increase awareness and recognition of Australia’s Indigenous people and their cultures.
We respectfully acknowledge the past and present traditional owners of the land of the Indigenous people, the traditional custodians of this land, and respect their culture and identity which has been bound up with the land and sea for generations.
We would like to acknowledge that the land we hold this gathering on is the traditional lands for the The Wurundjeri people, and that we respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We would like to acknowledge the The Wurundjeri people as the custodians of the Riddells Creek region and recognise that their culture and heritage is still important to the The Wurundjeri people today.
We wish to pay respect to their Elders, both past and present, and further acknowledge the important role that Indigenous people continue to play within our communities.
We acknowledge the contributions of Indigenous people and non-Indigenous people in educating all people in this country, which we all share and live in together.

What happens when I arrive?
On arrival you will go to the marked gate area. Staff will be at each gate to meet you. Here you will receive a program. You will be allocated a camping area and parking area if you have a car pass.
What is a Day Pass?
Day Pass ticket is valid just for one day of the Gathering. It allows you entry from 8.00 am on the day of your ticket, until the end of the program that night. If you’d like to participate in any of the early morning activities, such as 6am yoga, you’ll need a weekend ticket.
What is a Weekend Ticket?
A Weekend ticket is valid for the 3 day 2 night duration of the Gathering
Do I need to know the day I am coming before purchasing Ticket
Yes you will need to select a day of arrival.
What if I have friends coming too?
At ticket selection you have the chance to tell us who you would like to be allocated with. Or you can contact us after purchasing to tell us. We encourage you to carpool, with friends or via our Facebook carpool connection page.
I need a Travel / Gathering Buddy?
Join our Facebook page, car pool or chat with our festival goers. In the heart of our Gathering we have a meeting place as well as a hub setup in our camping area.
Do you have Student/pensioner concession tickets?
No. We aim to keep our festival tickets prices as low as possible for everyone and provide payment plans. We also have an extensive volunteering program where people can volunteer for 2 x 2. 5 hours at the festival in exchange for a Volunteer ticket. What do I need to pay for at the Gathering?
Any purchases at the stalls. Stallholders have food, drinks, services or merchandise.
We do have a wellness centre. The services in our wellness centre are discounted and cash only. ATM is available on site.
Yes. You will need to purchase a Vehicle Pass. Cars will not be able to be driven on the site at night due to safety reasons. See Tickets Page
Can I sleep in my vehicle?
Yes,We welcome Vans, Class B campervans, Poptop 4wheel drives, camper Trailers, Roof Top Tents, Annex.
No caravans allowed on site.

How do I book for workshops?
We will display our program closer to the gathering date to enable you to start selecting what you want to do.
Online program booking can be made available. Workshops are free to all ticket holders.
The property is home to an abundance of native flora and fauna. For this reason we only allow assistance animals. Please contact us if you require to bring an assistance animal.
Can I purchase Food/ drinks and Ice on site?
Yes you can. There will be a variety of food stalls available for you to choose from. We encourage Eco- Friendly food stalls and catering to all food requirements.
We will have water fountains around the gathering site to fill up your water bottle as well.
Ice will be available for purchase daily.
Do you have mobile phone reception?
Yes we do.
We will also have a power up station area to charge up your mobile phones. You may want to bring your car charger connection though too.

Workshops – Age Limits and Bookings
Childrens Festival Workshops do not require bookings and are generally suitable for all ages up to the age. Children must be accompanied by a guardian/parent. If your children are alone you will be contacted by security to come and get them.
General Workshops are generally suitable for age 16+. Some may be suitable for young adults and it will be dependent on the person running the workshop as to whether they accept under 16s. Please email to confirm before booking.

There is an ATM is conveniently located in the heart of the Gathering precinct. Most stallholders accept cards.
The Gathering Grounds
The Gathering of The Goddesses welcomes all women of all ages with access needs and we’re constantly working on ways to improve the site and the experience for all. Here are some things that might be useful for you to know, before you arrive:
This event is held on 74 hectares of natural bush land and the terrain can be uneven and/or sloping.
The pathways are either dirt or graveled and some may find it difficult to negotiate. The forest area is flat. Please contact us if you require accessible parking access.
This site is large, and the entertainment precinct area alone is on 50 acres.
The accessible amenity blocks provided are clean and sturdy, but basic. These are cleaned to covid-19 standard.
During the day, the weather conditions can be hot, and on some evenings, quite cool.

We are happy to assist people with disabilities in making plans for a pleasant and safe experience. Please email us to ensure that your Accessible Parking and/or Accessible Camping space is secured. Every Camper is allocated a site and car space if purchased. You can select to be near friends just email us.
Bring our own tent or select a glamping tent. Sleep in your van, campervan, small class B motorhome or pop up 4 wheel drive. No caravans.
You will have access to flushing toilets, hot showers and power charging station
This gathering has a designated accessible camping area situated close to the entertainment precinct entrance available for season campers with disabilities, and a dedicated accessible overnight camping area.
Camping sites have access to power (for life support equipment only) and all have access to accessible shower and toilet facilities. These camping sites are limited and must be pre-booked using the following forms.

Are Males Allowed?
This gathering is for women of all ages, holding content primarily for women. We want women of all ages to share experiences, be role models, build support networks, grow in leadership and come together as a tribe. Some women would not be able to access these services should men be invited to attend. The gathering of the goddesses provides a safe and secure place to women of all ages.
There are a variety of Male only/ all gender/ family festivals you can attend if you would like this option.
Please note however, that we may at times throughout this gathering, we could be required to have male contractors on site, or the site warden, if there are issues relating to infrastructure or power.
Please note we welcome all women and those who identify as women.
What do I do with my rubbish
We have a focus on ‘minimal waste’ or ‘Leave no trace’. Please take all your rubbish with you as you leave the event.
Please minimise the packaging you bring. Remove things from their cartons. Please do everything possible to take all your rubbish with you when you leave.
Please do not leave your rubbish in the gallon drums around the sites, these are intended for water for fire safety.
Can I take photos or record at The Gathering of the Goddess?
We encourage you to. Please be respectful and seek permission from others.
Please remember that there are some attendees who do not wish to have their photos / recording taken.
Some photos and recordings will be taken throughout the festival for creative and marketing purposes by event management. This will be announced beforehand to allow those not wishing to participate to leave the area.

What happens if there is a problem or emergency?
We plan before we arrive to avoid any possible problems. Please let us know if you have any potential emergencies via email:
We will have setup information spots throughout the 74 hectares. These areas will be shown to you on arrival. Please speak to our staff.
Our event management plan includes a detailed safety, emergency and incident management plan that meets the strict requirements outlined in by Workplace Health and Safety Act, Safety Regulation Act and Risk Management Standard AUS/NZ.
During the festival we have 24/7 personnel in Fire First Response, VIC Police, Paramedics, VIC Fire and Emergency Services, and security along with festival organisers and staff. An Emergency Communication Centre (ECC) operates 24/7 during the festival to facilitate communications between these services. Event Staff will co-ordinate timely and appropriate responses to all incidents reported. Incidents will be escalated according to their severity.
If an evacuation is required, this will be coordinated in conjunction with VIC Police, VIC Fire and Emergency Services and festival organisers. Information will be communicated to our patrons in person, via text alerts, social media and through our PA systems.
There is a first aid Centre in the heart of the Gathering.
ESSENTIAL MEDICATIONS STORAGE
Limited cold storage of medications will be available if required, however may attract a small fee. Should you require this service, please contact us on by set date here so that adequate storage space can be arranged.
Parents/ Guardians need to be responsible for their children at all times. We do not provide child minding services.
Only assistance animals are allowed. No Pets
No fires, gas stoves, fire crackers, pyrotechnic, sparklers or flares
No drugs or alcohol
There will be no cooking facilities on site.
If you require a fridge, you will need to bring an esky and you can order ice daily.
Wearing appropriate footwear is recommended.
The Gates open at 8.00am and close at 8pm. All Gates will be staffed during this time. Access through the gates will not be available outside these hours unless an emergency.
Full Nudity is not recommended, feel free to be creative and use some form of coverage
