What is The Gathering Of The Goddesses
A Gathering of women of all ages from all walks of life coming together over 3 days and 2 nights to share experiences and making friends / family.
Over the 3 days there will be a variety of workshops, sessions held where we share our talents, skills, ideas, concerns and philosophies in a caring fun loving and tolerant atmosphere.
Performances, art and craft workshops, dances, music, food stalls, markets, street theater, a dedicated children’s festival
Life-Transforming Leadership journeys and support platforms.

This gathering appeals to a diverse range of women of all ages and many nationalities. It’s a magical experience, and one not to be missed.
Who organised The Gathering of the Goddesses
2 women brought together through their own life adversities. They supported each other and wanted to share this support and love to as many women of all ages. Here is your village of Goddesses.
The Gathering of the Goddesses Funds:
Proceeds from The Gathering of The Goddesses Festival go towards improving the mental health of children and adolescence in Victoria.
Your ticket purchase is supporting the mental health crisis in Victoria.
Annoucement of Fund allocation will be on our website 4 weeks after festival date.
How much are tickets:

What happens when I arrive?
- On arrival you will go to the marked gate area.
Staff will be at the gate to meet and greet you.
Staff will ask for your ticket and scan it. You can supply paper or on smartphone version.
We will match your ID with your Ticket name.
Staff will provide you with a wristband, program and festival map.
You will then be directed to your allocated camping/ glamping or Dorm area and parking area if you have a car pass. Exclusive package will need to go to our concierge area.
If you are staying for one day - you will be shown to the day parking area if you have a car pass.
What is a Day Pass?
Day Pass ticket is valid just for one day of the Gathering. It allows you entry from Sunrise on the day of your ticket until 10pm.
If you’d like to participate in any activities before 8am or after 8pm activities, you will need a weekend ticket.
The Gates open at sunrise and close at 10.30pm. Our Gates will be staffed.
Access through the gates will not be available outside these hours unless an emergency.
How can we ensure we can stay together?
At ticket selection you have the chance to tell us who you would like to be allocated with. Or you can contact us after purchasing to tell us.

I need a Travel / Gathering Buddy?
Join our Facebook page, car pool or chat with our festival goers. In the heart of our Gathering we have a meeting place as well as a hub setup in our camping area.
Do you have Student/pensioner concession tickets?
No. We aim to keep our festival tickets prices as low as possible for everyone and provide payment plans. We also have an extensive volunteering program where people can volunteer at the festival in exchange for a Volunteer ticket. You can apply for a volunteer ticket under our Apply Now

Whats included in my ticket
Your ticket includes workshops, presentations, health and fitness classes, arts and crafts, performances and Childrens Village
If you would like a reading or healing experience
Any purchases from our market and food vendors.
We have made sure that the majority of optional experiences are affordable - for example readings from our healers tent is $40 for a 30 minute reading/healing.This is available via our booking sysytem open exclusive to ticket holders.
Do I pay for parking?
Yes. You will need to purchase a Vehicle Pass. Cars will not be able to be driven on the site at night due to safety reasons.
Can I sleep in my vehicle?
Yes,We welcome Vans, Class B campervans, Poptop 4wheel drives, camper Trailers, Roof Top Tents, Annex.
No caravans allowed on site.
How do I book for workshops?
We will display our program closer to the gathering date to enable you to start selecting what you want to do.
Online program booking will be made available exclusive to ticket holders.
Workshops are included in your ticket price.
The property is home to an abundance of native flora and fauna. For this reason we only allow assistance animals. Please see contact us if you require to bring an assistance animal.
Can I purchase Food/ drinks and Ice on site?
Yes you can. There will be a variety of food stalls available for you to choose from. We encourage Eco- Friendly food stalls and catering to all food requirements.
We have water fountains around the gathering site to fill up your water bottle as well.

Everyone must take their waste to the designated waste collection points or home. We are a no waste festival.

We cannot allow any cooking facilities on site.
Do you have Mobile Phone / Internet reception?
Yes we do. The entire festival has 3g coverage in 2020. 2021 will see 5g upgrades to the area.
We will also have a power up station area to charge up your mobile phones. You can alos bring your power bank or car charger.

Workshops – Age Limits and Bookings
Childrens Festival Workshops do not require bookings and are generally suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by a guardian/parent. If your child/ren are alone you will be contacted by our staff to come and get them.
General Workshops are generally suitable for age 12yrs+. Some may be suitable for young adults and it will be dependent on the person running the workshop as to whether they accept under 12yrs. Please email to confirm before booking.
How do I pay?
Every Stallholder/ food vendor will have eftpos. We are dedicated to minimal cash on site.
Accessibility Camping /Parking / Toilets/ Showers
This gathering has a designated accessible camping area situated close to the heart of the festival available for season campers with disabilities, and a dedicated accessible overnight camping area.
Camping sites have access to power (for life support equipment only) and all have access to accessible shower and toilet facilities. These camping sites are limited and must be pre-booked using the following forms.
We have accesibility toilets and showers near camp site.
We ask that you
prior to attending– this way we can best cater for your needs.
Please keep in mind this is a forest, dirt tracks and flat areas where possible.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide hoists.
Every Camper is allocated a site and car space if purchased.
Bring our own tent or select a glamping tent. Sleep in your van, campervan, small class B motorhome or pop up 4 wheel drive. No caravans.
You will have access to flushing toilets, hot showers and power charging station
Are Males Allowed?
This gathering is for women of all ages, holding content primarily for women. We want women of all ages to share experiences, be role models, build support networks, grow in leadership and come together. The gathering of the goddesses provides a safe and secure place to women of all ages.

Please note however, that we may at times throughout this gathering, we could be required to have male contractors on site if there are issues relating to infrastructure or hire equipment.
What do I do with my rubbish
We have a focus on ‘minimal waste’ or ‘Leave no trace’. Please take all your rubbish with you as you leave the event or take your waste to the designated waste collection points.
Please minimise the packaging you bring. Remove from their packaging. Please do everything possible to take all your rubbish with you when you leave.
Please do not leave your rubbish in the gallon drums around the sites, these are intended for water for fire safety.
Can I take photos or record at The Gathering of the Goddess?
We encourage you to. Please be respectful and seek permission from others.
Please remember that there are some attendees who do not wish to have their photos / recording taken.
Some photos and recordings will be taken throughout the festival for creative and marketing purposes by event management. This will be announced beforehand to allow those not wishing to participate to leave the area.
All Photos, Video and recordings are rights to The Gathering of the Goddesses.
What happens if there is a problem or emergency?
We plan before we arrive to avoid any possible problems. Please let us know if you have any potential emergencies via
We have an information tent setup, this is marked on the map please speak to our staff.
We also have staff walking around the event and allocated at each area you can contact. They are wearing our event tops marked Volunteer.
Our event management plan includes a detailed safety, emergency and incident management plan that meets the strict requirements outlined in by Workplace Health and Safety Act, Safety Regulation Act and Risk Management Standard AUS/NZ.
During the festival we have 24/7 personnel in Fire First Response, VIC Police, Paramedics, VIC Fire and Emergency Services, and security along with festival organisers and staff. An Emergency Communication Centre (ECC) operates 24/7 during the festival to facilitate communications between these services. Event Staff will co-ordinate timely and appropriate responses to all incidents reported. Incidents will be escalated according to their severity.
If an evacuation is required, this will be coordinated in conjunction with VIC Police, VIC Fire and Emergency Services and festival organisers. Information will be communicated to our patrons in person, via text alerts, social media and through our PA systems.
We have a first aid centre in the heart of the Gathering. This is manned by qualified first aid staff hired to attend our event.
We do encourage you to bring a few basics examples: panadol, bandaids.
ESSENTIAL MEDICATIONS STORAGE:
Limited cold storage of medications will be available if required, however may attract a small fee. Should you require this service, please contact us on by set date here so that adequate storage space can be arranged.
Parents/ Guardians need to be responsible for their children at all times. We do not provide child minding services.
Only assistance animals are allowed. No Pets
No fires, gas stoves, fire crackers, pyrotechnic, sparklers or flares
No drugs or alcohol
There will be no cooking facilities on site.
If you require a fridge, you will need to bring an esky and you can order ice daily.
Wearing appropriate footwear is recommended.
The Gates open at Sunrise and close at Sunset. All Gates will be staffed during this time.
Access through the gates will not be available outside these hours unless an emergency.
Full Nudity is not recommended, feel free to be creative and use some form of coverage

What ages can male children attend
Unfortunately we had to draw the line somewhere with an all-female festival. 3 years of age is our cut off.
We do understand the need for all genders, all ages to attend our healing modialities festival. Thats why we have created our non gender specific festival suitable for any gender, any age.

The Gathering of the Kindred Spirits
Every car entering the festival site requires a car pass. We encourage you to carpool.
Car Pass is to be purchased before entry to site. They are limited and there is no parking outside the festival. You will need a festival pass additional to the car pass.
Two types of car passes are available
Small to Medium Car Pass
Large Vehicle Pass for Class B vehicles
Parking next to your accomodation will mean you are unable to leave the site unless emergency during festival times.
Parking in day parking enables you to leave the site during festival times.
Restrictions are in place regarding moving to and from site for safety purposes. No driving around site is allowed before sunrise or after sunset.
No caravans to be brought onto site.
The Gathering of the Goddesses are not liable to any damages to vehicles on site. You will be parking under and around forest area.
Refunds are not made if:
Names on purchased tickets can be changed online.
You can resell your tickets via
Pre-event: If a patron becomes symptomatic in the 2 weeks leading up to the event, a full refund will be offered.
If a patron becomes symptomatic during their first day at The Gathering of the Goddesses, they will be entitled to a full refund.
If a patron arrives at the gate to check-in and has been identified as symptomatic at that time, a full refund will be offered.
During event: If a patron becomes symptomatic from the second day of the event, they will present to a medical professional immediately on-site, leave the event and take a COVID test. A full refund of their ticket will be offered.
If event is cancelled before you attend, you will be provided a refund.
If event is rescheduled your ticket will automatically transfer to the new dates.
You change your mind
You are unable to attend the event due to a change in personal circumstances
Due to poor weather before, during or after the event.
Tickets are not interchangeable between events, the ticketed event selected is final.
Where are the Dorm rooms located
They are a short walk from the festival.

The dorms beds are in sections in 4 bunk bed sets.
Can I Cook onsite
Unfortunately we cannot have cooking onsite.
No cooking faciilites are to be used on site in campervans / camper trailers/ motorhomes or campfires or gas stoves are to be setup.

What Size Tent do I bring?
Each camping ticket is allocated a maximum space of a 4 person tent.
Have you included the Traditional Owners/Custodians of the land
Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Elders will be holding opening & smoking ceremony.
As well as cultural games & activities within our childrens festival.
Wadawurrung Elder Aunty Judy will also be providing traditional face painting, rock painting activites & traditional gum leaf activites.
